UI/Visual
Responsible in sharing best practices in accessibility, UI and Figma through established working sessions across the wider team, enabling the quality of deliverables to be maintained and consistently applied. Responsible for handover to Content Editors through strict content documents reflecting HTML layouts, including UI QA via JIRA after the build goes into authoring.
UX
Leading 6+ week mobile app project within Web of a team of 3, driving research, wireframing and data-led designs with key stakeholders.
Existing library housed broken components which were not built with best practices.
This saw me introduced industry standard documentation alongside a full component library rebuild.
My new implementation of documentation future-proofed, shortened handovers and component changes, reducing chances of errors and inconsistencies. The components were all rebuilt with Figma best practices, ensuring the logic of properties such as variants and booleans are correctly embedded.
This saw 500+ icons componentised, 40+ components rebuilt and increased design efficiency by over 40%.

Contentsquare is a crucial tool I use in majority of my projects at Nationwide, to understand ratings such as Attractiveness, Click Rates, Exposure time which informs my design decisions.
